Zhongshan Feites Sports Products Co., Ltd. was established on December 31,2025, with its registered address at No.104-1, Jinyuan Road, Sanjiao Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. The factory covers a site area of approximately 20,000 square meters, employs 260 staff members, and has a daily production capacity exceeding 5,000 sets per product category. Located about 100 kilometers from Yantian Port (a two-hour drive away), the company benefits from excellent export logistics conditions. Its products are primarily exported to the United States and supplied to internationally renowned retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot, and CAP. The company places great emphasis on technological research, development, and innovation, having obtained a total of 80 patents domestically and internationally covering areas including product design, manufacturing processes, and automated equipment.

The factory has established a fully automated production system covering all processes-from steel material feeding, stamping and forming, surface coating, injection molding with rubber coating to final product assembly. The stamping stage utilizes 200 high-speed machines and CNC precision molds for single-pass formation, accompanied by frequent quality inspections. The rubber coating process involves dust removal and degreasing followed by high-temperature integrated injection molding to ensure tight adhesion, crack resistance, and wear durability. Riveting employs high-strength rivets to secure weight-bearing components against movement-induced loosening. Assembly comprises four manual lines and two fully automated intelligent lines, which perform dual testing (bell-jacking and rolling tests) using robotic arms. Packaging features fully automated box sealing, weight verification, and robotic arm stacking. All processes operate in synergy, integrating multiple proprietary patented technologies developed in-house, resulting in an efficient, stable, and quality-controlled end-to-end manufacturing system.
