Safe Use of the Floor Standing Fans
Position the fan: Place the fan on a stable and level surface. Make sure it is out of reach of children and pets. If you use a table fan, keep it away from the edge of the table so that there is no danger of it being easily knocked over.
Careful with electrical cables: When plugging the fan into an electrical outlet, make sure the outlet is in good condition and that the fan cable is not damaged. If you notice any signs of damage to the cord, do not use the fan until you have the cord repaired or replaced. You should route the cable so that no one will trip over it.
